Shipping policy

Where we deliver. Weekend delivers locally in central and south Orange County, California, from Huntington Beach, Santa Ana and Anaheim down to San Clemente. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery is available. We don't ship ice cream by mail. If your address is outside our zone, checkout won't offer delivery. Email us and we'll let you know when we reach you.

When. Deliveries run Thursday, Friday and Saturday in 2-hour windows between 2pm and 8pm. You pick your window in the cart.

Lead time. Orders need at least 24 hours' notice. Windows fill up, and once a window is full it disappears from the cart.

Cost. Local delivery is free.

At the door. Ice cream can't wait on a porch, so please be home during your window. We'll text when we're on the way. If no one answers, we'll text again and wait 10 minutes, then rebook you for the next open window. The first rebooking is free.

Pre-orders. Pre-order items are delivered in the window you choose. If production runs late, we'll email you before your window to offer a new date or a full refund.
